The Depression Tool Kit was created by
The Forum of End State Renal Disease (ESRD) Network's Kidney Patient Advisory Council (KPAC). With the intention of helping ESRD patients who have had or are currently experiencing bouts of depression. The Depression Tool Kit was created by patients in collaboration with clinical professionals to provide an accurate depiction of the patient experience.
The Tool Kit is attached on the left side under New Resources. Please go through it and share it with your ESRD peers and caregivers.
