DANIEL // Following God When No One Else Does
In our world currently, everyone around us seems to have a position they maintain on almost every issue. In such moments, as Christians, we can find ourselves at odds with how the world thinks. Because our faith demands that we think and respond to these issues biblically, we can face a great amount of pressure from those around us to give in to the way they think and to even give up on our faith. In the face of these adversities, h
ow do we take a stand when it seems everyone else around us is bowing to the world? How do we live out our faith in these situations?
Join us as we explore the book of Daniel in our Sermon series,
"Following God When No One Else Does." Here we examine Daniel's life to see how we can follow God in a culture that is opposed to Him and His people.

PRECEPTS BIBLE STUDY

We welcome all men to join us on Saturday mornings at 6am at our Burlington location to spend some time in prayer. The Watchmen Ministry at Mount Hope Christian Center is geared toward helping men become followers of Jesus Christ by challenging men to live out their Christian beliefs and empowering them to be better husbands, fathers, and leaders.

MID-WEEK MINISTRIES
Our Mount Hope Kids Adventure Mid-Week Ministry and Ignite Student Ministry will not be meeting this Wednesday, February 20 for spring break.

BASECAMP
BASECAMP is where you can take your next steps with Mount Hope, ask your questions, hear the story and vision of our church, and find out how you can get more involved. This is a five week, one hour course. Our desire is for everyone (especially if you are new) to join! If you are interested in becoming a member of our church, this class is required.

The book of Revelation has intrigued most of us. There is much to be understood about this book and the impact it has on our faith. Join us as we study the book together. The Revelation Bible Study meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm at our Belmont location.

FAITH JOURNEY WOMEN'S STUDY
|
|
Mount Hope is delighted to host the Faith Journey Women's Bible Study at our Belmont Location. Faith Journey is a multi-generational, multi-church Bible Study that welcomes homeschoolers and provides nursery care and a developed children's program for ages newborn to five. A session typically consists of coffee and chat as a large group, music, small group study, prayer and sharing, and lectures.

OWEN R. CORMIER
July 15, 1928 - February 19, 2019
The Mount Hope family would like to extend our condolences to the Cormier family on the passing of Owen Cormier. Owen and his late wife Rita attended our Belmont Location. We pray that God would comfort the family he leaves behind. To read his obituary or for more information,

The Mount Hope Family also extends our condolences to the Kennen Family. Gelene's father, Aulo Villarosa went home to be with the Lord early this morning.
Gelene and her family attend
our Burlington Location. We pray for Gelene and the rest of her family as they travel to the Philippines for the services. We also pray that God would comfort them in their time of sorrow.
