What are your experiences with QCRE division at IISE?
I became a student member of QCRE since 2016 and I actively participated in the events organized by QCRE, such as the annual conference, webinars, and paper competitions. Now as a student board member, I also got opportunities to work with the board and serve the QCRE community.

How these experiences have helped you in preparing yourself for future career?
QCRE provides a great platform to share my research works and communicate with other research teams. It is also helpful to get valuable suggestions from other people in this community. In addition, through the service experience in QCRE, I became familiar with how to collaborate with fellow researchers.

What's your plan for future?
I will go to academia as a faculty member after graduation. In my future career, I would like to keep making contributions in our QCRE community.

Any suggestions to future fellow students?
I strongly suggest the future student members to actively participate in the QCRE community. Meanwhile, also fully utilize the resources and opportunities from IISE and QCRE, for example, IISE connect, webinars, conference and competitions.
