ST. PHILIP PAGES AND BLOGS
Principal Notes

Dear Parents,

This is a busy week for Christian Service at St. Philips.  Third Grade is sponsoring the coffee and sock drive for the homeless at Union Station and we have our annual Dollar Dress Day for the Bridge of Life School on Friday.  The Bridge of Life School is in Cambodia and was started by alum Eddie Roohan. It provides technical and vocational education for those who would not otherwise receive any training. We've been supporting the Bridge of Life School for many years and these much-needed funds are really appreciated by them.

Also this week, two of our Girl Scouts are collecting old towels, toys, and food for the Humane Society.  These can be dropped off in the office. Finally, the Special Needs ministry of the parish is asking our students for drawings to decorate Holy Angel Hall for the special needs fair on Sunday, March 10.  Be sure to come to the fair to see the beautiful drawings and to enjoy the booths and food.

However you can help is much appreciated.  Whether you send socks, coffee, old towels, pet toys, or pet food, or attend the special needs fair we appreciate your support and what you are teaching your child about helping others through service.

Have a wonderful week,
Jennifer
