 Finding Your "True Colors"

Thursday, December 13, 2018
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

No cost to attend!

Your team may be managing well on any given day, but could you unlock a greater potential to achieve your organization's goals if you had a better understanding not only of your own needs and values, but also those of your team members?

Join us as True Colors certified trainer Michael Viola guides us though human personality temperaments and their effects on workplace dynamics, including how to identify work styles and seek a more in-depth awareness of styles practiced by our colleagues. Michael also applies his methods to build stronger relationships with donors, volunteers and other constituents as well.

Michael will explore the four defined personality styles of Connector, Planner, Thinker and Mover and how we are “wired” to operate and communicate with one another. Using Mary Miscisin’s internationally-recognized Personality Lingo and True Colors training models, Michael provides a unique, fun-filled session that will leave you feeling more comfortable with your own personality style and increasingly confident in all of your interactions.

About Our Speaker:

Michael Viola serves as the Director of Facilities Services at St. Mary’s College of California. He has more than 19 years of experience training students, professional staff and community leaders and includes the Personality Lingo and True Colors methods in his workshops and in his daily work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling, both earned at St. Mary’s College. In his spare time, Michael enjoys teaming up with his dog, Brandy, in agility training and competitions.
