What's Happening at SJE
This Week
Fourth Sunday of Easter
April 21/22, 2018

In Sunday's Gospel reading we hear Jesus referring to Himself as "the good shepherd." His sheep know Him, trust Him, listen to Him and follow; having faith that no harm will come to them as long as they stay close to Him. We reaffirmed our faith in Christ when we renewed our baptismal promises at Easter. As stewards of our relationship with Jesus Christ, are we, like sheep, willing to listen to Jesus, trust Him, follow Him no matter the cost to our comfort?
With praise and gratitude to God,
St. Francis de Sales Seminary
joyfully announces and invites you to attend the

What's Happening in our School
Exciting Things Are Happening at SJE

We are so excited to announce that our school has been awarded a grant of $20,000 from the Knights of Columbus Council #524 10-05.

This grant will allow us to finally fulfill our longtime goal of creating a science lab classroom. We are in the process of finalizing the plans for this amazing resource, and do not have all of the details in place yet, but can provide you with a few “teasers”.

  • This space will be furnished with lab tables and stools, and will have a multi-sink counter to enable students to conduct experiments.
  • The grant will also allow us to purchase updated equipment, enhancing our offerings for all students in all STEM areas.
  • The space will be available for use by students at all grade levels.

In order to accommodate these changes, we will be making some significant changes to our classroom arrangement. Watch newsletters in the upcoming weeks for details about these changes.
In the Coming Weeks
