star Next Steps Class  3 - Embrace the Partnership  
will meet on Sunday, April 29th at 9:15 am in the Living Room off the Main Foyer. The church is people, not a building! The church is followers of Jesus who have committed to joining together in life and ministry. In this step, you will learn the DNA of Hutch First Naz and how you can embrace the partnership through church membership. Registration for this class is necessary. Kamp Kanakuk  is for kids throughout our community ages 5 through 12. Kanakuk KampOut Day Kamp Adventure is for all kids in the Hutchinson area, ages 5 - 12. Check in is 8:45 am and pick up time is 4:00 pm each day.
Kids will have a blast flying down our zipline, scaling the climbing wall, bouncing in the incredible inflatables, and laughing at our crazy skits! Click here to view highlight video from last year!

2018 Annual Spring Fling
Christ's Care Preschool shared their Annual Spring Fling Musical this past Sunday evening.
Many of our preschool families do not attend our church and we have several families that do not attend church in general. star Dillon's Card Fundraiser
If you're not already earning money through the Dillon's Community Rewards Program for your student's account, you should be!!! It's a simple 2-step process. Step 1 is for you to login to your Dillon's Shoppers Card Account online and designate HFN as the beneficiary of your Community Rewards. To do this, go to www.dillons.com, login with your username and password, click the "community" tab near the top, and select "Community Rewards". On the page that comes up, either use our "Organization Code" which is 10140, or simply type in "First Church of the Nazarene". A list of organizations should appear. Choose the one with the address of "4290 N. Monroe". After you've done this, all you have to do is visit this page at the end of each quarter and send Pastor Mark a copy/pic of how much you've earned. Earning money to help your student participate in Student Ministry events is that easy!

 District Assembly & NMI Convention Delegates - We are looking for members who are willing to be considered as a delegate to the Annual Kansas District Assembly, July 16th & 17th, at First Church of the Nazarene in Wichita. We are asking people to serve in dual roles and to be available for both the NMI Convention and District Assembly meetings Monday and Tuesday. The church will provide a per diem for food expenses. If you are interested in serving in this way please email the Church Office TODAY.

Annual Church Elections
Annual Church Elections will take place Sundays, April 22nd & 29th. Voting will take place in the Main Foyer at the Ministry Spotlight Table between and after Sunday services. All members at Hutchinson First Church of the Nazarene 15 years and older are encouraged to vote.
Church Board - Approximately 20 persons were nominated for the Church Board. Seven (7) people accepted the nomination and we will be voting on all 7 together in a "Yes" and "No" format. Those who agreed to allow their names to be placed on the ballot are: Kyle Adams, Jackie Ashcraft, Gary Clark, Randy Cunday, Jerry Green, Scott Mann, & Jeff Wells.

Check it Out! 2017-18 Mission Education Books are available for check out at the Welcome Center next to the Church Office. You are welcome to select a book of your choosing and take it home with you to read. Please record any books checked out in the notebook that is located next to the mission books and return the book as soon as possible so others may read it. New mission books will arrive this summer.

Mission Trip to Dominican Republic
May 26 - June 5, 2018
* Help support our team going to DR! Becky Gleason is offering a yoga class each Wednesday evening at 6:30 in Room 306 (Kids Wing). Childcare is provided. The class is free of charge or a freewill offering benefiting the mission trip is appreciated!
* Plans have been made for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic for May 26 - June 5, 2018. A.J. and Chelsey Fry are the project coordinators for the Center for Missionary Formation in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The Center for Missionary Formation will help create a new missionary training center, as well as bring the current Nazarene Seminary campus up to date. Church League Softball  is getting geared up for a fun season. There will be teams for men, women and kids of all ages. If you are interested in playing or coaching softball please contact Roy McFarland at 662.7855.

Live Streaming:  There's nothing like gathering together for worship, but you don't have to miss out on Sunday mornings just because you cannot be physically present! You can find the watch live link on our website or visit  hutchfirstnaz.org/live  on Sunday mornings during both our 9:15 traditional and 10:45 contemporary Sunday services. While it can't replace being present in person, hopefully it can help you stay connected!

The public is invited to the Free Family Health Fair Saturday, April 21, 8:00 a.m. - Noon at the  Kansas State Fairgrounds Sunflower South Building. Free tentative health screenings include: Skin Cancer, Fasting Lipid Cholesterol, Fasting Blood Sugar, Carotid Doppler, Breast Cancer exams/education, Dental Cancer screenings, Heart Risk, Diabetic Foot care,  Sleep Diagnostic,  Ask a Pharmacist, BMI,  COPD, Hearing, Vision, and Blood Pressures.
