New #MindVine Podcasts

Since our last newsletter Ontario Shores has produced several new episodes including more from the Mental Health for All Conference hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association in the fall. Speakers and delegates from the conference discussed their mental health initiatives and lived experiences with our podcast hosts Chris Bovie and Darryl Mathers.

Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon

We are also happy to announce that together with the 51 registered participants, the 2017 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon raised over $31,000.00 for Ontario Shores patient programs. Looking for a new fitness goal for 2018? Register now for the October 21, 2018 race (5K, half-marathon, or marathon).
