Major Changes by USGA
The USGA has made major changes to the Rules of Golf which go into effect on January 1, 2019. Several of the changes are expected to make it easier for players and improve the pace of play. Make sure you're up to speed before you head to the first tee!

November Housing Market Heating Up
The November housing market report recently released by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), shows home sales increased by double digits in every price category. Ultimately, overall closed sales increased 24 percent compared to November of last year. Additionally, inventory rose up to 5,971 properties which is a 12 percent increase.

Southwest Florida's real estate market had a record-breaking year in 2018. And big home sales were a driving factor for much of the success. In fact, Naples' 34102 ZIP code ranked 15th among the top 20 richest in America.
