In a short class, Alistair Hawkes will support attendees in learning about common mental health issues and how they play a role in physical training and personal excellence. Some common mental health issues include anxiety/social anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and obsession/compulsion. These types of mental health concerns can affect nervous system function, digestion, mood, and behavior.
