First Night Missoula // Monday, December 31st, noon to midnight
Join us NYE for First Night!
First Night Missoula is a community built festival that highlights talented local and regional musicians, performers, and other artists in several venues throughout Missoula. Join us this New Year's Eve to celebrate 25 years of entertaining and engaging audiences of all ages through the arts. We have tons of new exciting performances this year including the UofM Circus Club, a Comedy Showcase, Bluegrass Showcase, an Iron Pour and more! CLICK HERE FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT PROGRAM!
Purchase your Admission Buttons:
This year is the 25th Anniversary of First Night Missoula. Buttons are $15 on New Year's Eve. An admission button gets you into ANY First Night event (unless otherwise specified). Spotlight will not be requiring additional tickets. All you need is your First Night admission button. You can purchase First Night Buttons through our website, HERE! OR at button outlets, listed on our website.
Volunteer:
First Night Missoula requires LOTS of volunteer help. We still have a few shifts available if you are interested. Each volunteer receives a free First Night Admission button to enjoy performances before and after their shifts. Interested in helping out? Thank you so much in advance. Call us at (406)-541-0860 to sign up.
Support First Night:
At Arts Missoula we have always focused on paying our First Night artists, for without them there would be no celebration. In addition, there are the costs of technical assistance, venue rental, insurance, marketing, and providing food and beverage for our volunteers. While many First Night celebrations across the country are shutting their doors, we're looking for your help to keep this community event alive. All donations are tax-deductible. Click HERE! if you are interested in supporting First Night. THANK YOU.

Iron Art Workshop // First Night Missoula
Monday, December 31st, 4-7pm
[at Free Cycles]
Registered participants can drop in to Free Cycles between 4 pm & 7 pm where they will be led through the process of creating their own iron mold using scratch blocks & simple tools. The end result will be a relief tile which, when the iron is poured over and the mold is cooled, will produce a 6in by 6in iron tile displaying the inverse of your design.
Iron will be poured on site in the Free Cycles courtyard while some of Missoula's best local bands perform onstage inside Free Cycles. The registration fee ($25) includes admission to all First Night Missoula events.
