Our week-long camps are designed to help strengthen participants' authentic voices, develop their ability to speak out through writing and community-building, and deepen their belief in their own creative intelligence. Our camps are open to young women, girls, and trans and gender nonconforming (TGNC) youth.

Racial Categories"

March 23, 1:00-3:30 pm

In the fifth of our ten-part series, we partner with Northern Kentucky University and Joan Ferrante
(NKU sociology professor) to explore race from the lens of categories. Join Annette Januzzi Wick and Guest Artist Joan Ferrante for a Saturday afternoon at WWf(a)C, viewing the film, joining in discussion and writing of your own journey about a topic shaping our national conversation.

Looking for the FUNNY for our next Female Comics/Go Bananas Fundraiser!

If you have been to our previous Female Comics fundraisers at Go Bananas and thought, "I wonder if I could do that?" OR "I KNOW I could do that!" WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! Want to try stand-up comedy? Or care to participate in a Lip Sync Battle? Got a humorous song? Poem? Got an idea we've never featured before?

Please contact Teri Foltz with all your ideas by APRIL 15 (Tax Day...so you'll remember). Up to 5 minutes per act, 15 acts max. We'd like to have the line-up finalized by MAY 15. The show is planned for JULY 30. Come on! It'll be fun! First considerations will be given to those who haven't participated in the past, yet past performers are definitely welcome to respond!
