Learn Basket Making with Barbara Sadler of Princeton, West Virginia and her Appalachian Baskets! Her Appalachian roots go back for over 100 years and now we proudly welcome her to The Henderson, helping us to hold on to that tradition of Appalachian basket-making! Join Tracy Thompson as she presents a class on glass on glass mosaic design. This will be a great class for beginners or intermediate artists.  Click here and out more...

You will create a spring flower themed mosaic glass on glass. You will learn how to work with glass and china, how to prepare your materials for mounting and how to choose the right adhesive. Tracy will also have lots of filler beads and doo-dads for your creations and you are invited to bring any scrap glass or china that you may want to use (or share with the class). Cost of the class is $42 and all supplies are provided. RSVP FOR SATURDAY
Make a Fiddle
with Randal Eller
Randal Eller will be teaching the fine craft of Fiddle Making here in our Lutherie the week of March 25-29, 2019. Cost of the class is $2500 with a $500 deposit. There is only one spot left! Check out Randal's FaceBook page!

Letterpress Workshop

Join Catherine for a Letterpress Workshop. Open to all skill levels, learn shop etiquette, the basics of type design, and experience a variety of print presses. You will print a simple poster and get a foundation for printing future projects on your own. Cost of the workshop is $45 To RSVP click here...

Guitar Workshop is FULL
Our Fifth Guitar Workshop (can you believe it?) with Gerald, Spencer, Wayne, and Josh Reese has been filled . We will have students from San Francisco, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and some local fans as well. Contact Catherine to get on the waiting list.

No Watercolor Classes

The school will be open for "Open Paint" but Catherine will be out of town. She will be here this Saturday (March 9th) to help you get started on your next project. Tracy Thompson and Chad Johnson will be on hand to help with any questions.

This is NOT a workshop, it is open to those that are comfortable in the shop to work on their own projects on their own time. If you are experienced in the shop you are welcome to use this while Catherine is out of town.

Cost is $35 for all supplies.

The school will be open for "Open Studio" but Catherine will be out of town. She WILL be here this Saturday (March 9th) Tracy Thompson and Chad Johnson will be on hand to help with any questions.
