Intro to the Enneagram Workshop
Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 9:30am
Highland Presbyterian Church
Lancaster, PA

Come and learn about an ancient system of personality profiling to unlock and catapult your growth - spiritually, emotionally, and relationally!  This workshop will be led by Rhonda Myers, LPC and Ellen Kanagy, LCSW - both are therapists at Samaritan Counseling Center.  They recommend (not required) that you read one of two books before the session: Enneagram Made Easy or Essential Enneagram. Cost is $20 at the door and $5 for lunch (or bring your own).  No childcare provided. I personally recommend learning more about this practice as it has been very helpful in discerning my own personality growth and understanding!

Perspective on the Intersection of Faith & Science
Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 11am
St. John's Presbyterian Church
Devon, PA

Are science and faith at war? Does evolution disprove the existence of God? What is evolution anyway? St. John's PC welcomes Dr. Sarah Bodbyl Roels from BioLogos, March 24 as 11am to share her perspectives on these questions, drawing from her experience as a Christian evolutionary biologist.

Participants will consider:
· Distinction between science & religion as ways of knowing.
· How mystery & wonder contribute to the passions of both scientists and people of faith.
· What evolution can & cannot say about the origin of life.

You can learn more about BioLogos at Biologos.org.
