Xajés is the Executive Director of Survivors Organizing for Liberation, a statewide organization that works towards the safety and justice of LGBTQIA survivors of violence. Prior to working with SOL, Xajés worked in higher education on the Auraria campus and Colorado State University in student affairs positions.
