BC HOCKEY SKILLS CAMP

Come and learn some new skills at the BC Hockey Skills Camp.  Join Prince George Cougars alumni for a FUN weekend of on-ice and off-ice activities for players aged 6 - 13. 

Former Cougars, Eric Hunter and Ty Edmonds will lead the players through power skating, skill development drills for stick handling, passing and shooting and small area games.

Players will be grouped by age and ability for all drills and games (6 - 9 years and 10 - 13 years). 

The cost to attend is $299 and includes a BC Hockey jersey and water bottle.

About Eric Hunter

Hunter played in 323 career regular season games over five (5) seasons with the Cougars, amassing 111 goals and 233 points. He went on to play four (4) seasons at the University of Alberta, winning a national championship in 2008. He also played in the American Hockey League (AHL) and the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) and four (4) seasons in Austria. Hunter was originally drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2004.

About Ty Edmonds

Edmonds played in 214 career regular season games over four (4) seasons in Prince George, posting 100 wins and owning a .901 save percentage. In 2016 - 2017, Edmonds posted a career best in minutes played (3,092), wins (31) and save percentage (.916). Edmonds was drafted by the Cougars in the ninth round, 186 overall, in the 2011 Western Hockey League (WHL) Bantam Draft.
