Below is a link to the proposed committee members and church officers for the 2019 calendar year as recommended by the RBC Nominating Committee. This slate, in its entirety, will be voted upon at the October 24, 2018 quarterly business meeting. Please review  this slate  and present any questions or concerns to Jennifer Sykes (Nominating Committee Chair), or Chase McLain , prior to the business meeting.

BOSTON, MA . Please pray for the team of five, Chase & Alyxis McLain, Greta Trimm and Gene & Jane Roach as they travel to Boston on Oct. 25th. Pray that hearts will be ready to receive the message they will bring and that this effort will help the new church start.
Christmas Cantata Singers!

SBA Christmas Gift Shop
  • The Shelby Baptist Association Christmas Gift Shop is preparing to welcome families in need in the greater Shelby County area.
  • As always, RBC will be involved!
  • We will be collecting toys, clothing, popcorn and cookie tins (more info coming soon).

  • “From Story to Canon": Dr. Jason Snyder leads a discussion of how we got from the oral traditions of the Israelite's to the Bible that we now hold in our hands. 
  • Dave Malick leads a study on the book of Acts. Members of this group will be dismissed to the Johnson/Powell room after prayer time in the Fellowship Hall.
