As museum exhibitions grow larger and more overwhelming, let's take this opportunity to consider
what we want to get out of the experience. That is, let's actively organize our approach to looking
at art. This slide lecture discusses how to slow down, look carefully and think about the individual works of art. Art historian, NYC licensed tour guide, adjunct professor and director of the New York Arts Exchange Beth S. Gersh-Nesic, Ph.D., will share her tips for "mindful museum" .
Beth Gersh-Nesic, Ph.D. is an art historian and the director of the New York Arts Exchange.

This spacious, beautifully designed villa with an outdoor swimming pool is located in thequartier Ste. Anne, just outside the historic medieval village of Entrecasteaux. It is on a private hillside with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, in the heart of the Var region of Provence. The area offers many unspoiled villages, historic sites and other attractions. Nearby are the Gorges du Verdon, the chateau of Entrecasteaux and the Abbey de Thoronet.
