PICTURE OF THE WEEK
ARTICLE OF THE WEEK
This week, we will be reading Parshat Vayechi in the Torah. It is the last Parsha in Sefer Bereishit. All of our Nursery and Kindergarten classes will celebrate the completion of this Sefer with a Siyum, both in their classes and at our Friday Oneg. Each class will prepare a special food to eat during their celebration. Math, science and literacy skills will be reinforced as children measure, predict, and read the recipe.

Our Kindergarten students will continue their celebrations this Motzaei Shabbat at a special pajama Havdalah party. Children will come to school in their pajamas, decorate t- shirts, be treated to a special magic show, and join together for a special Shma, HaMalach HaGoel and Havdalah Sing-A-Long. Yehuda Shur, a Kindergarten parent, will be leading us in song. Thank you to all the parent sponsors, and to our wonderful PTA, for sponsoring this meaningful event!!
