Greetings St. Francis School parents and guardians,

As I adjust to my new role, I would like to keep you informed as to the progress of our building project/campaign. One of the best ways for me to do this is by communicating to our community through periodic emails similar to my former Principal newsletter messages. My goal is to provide information about the campaign and in return, get your feedback and answer any questions you may have.

Our 20th Anniversary celebration was a memorable day for the St. Francis of Assisi School community. Preparing for the anniversary gave me the opportunity to reflect on the school's successes and think about the future direction of the school.   As a mission driven school, our success is measured by our ability to provide our students with a spiritually enriching, academically excellent Catholic education that cultivates the uniqueness of each child.

Our founders, and all those who helped build our school, laid the foundation upon which we have built a very successful and strong community. Following the vision and dedicated work of our founding Pastors and Principal, and the many parishioners, parents and educators who believed in the importance of a faith-based education, we should all feel a great responsibility to build upon the legacy of success made possible by their incredible stewardship. Let us honor the hard work of the visionaries who made the present possible by showing the same determination to turn a vision for the next 20 years into reality. To this end, we have created a bold plan for a bold future which I will share in upcoming messages.

A plan of this magnitude requires sacrifice and commitment. Over 500 families contributed financially to build the school, most of whom did not have children that would attend the school. Their vision and sacrifices provided endless possibilities for children that have attended St. Francis of Assisi School, past and present. Let's build on their vision, follow their example of sacrifice, and continue the legacy of success.
St. Francis of Assisi School is designed and utilized as an instrument to expand learning and to enrich our students' educational experience. If we are to fulfill our mission to deliver an extraordinary educational experience that prepares our students for 21st century learning and careers, we need to launch the most exciting development project since the founding of our school. Enhancements to our campus will promote our mission through the next generation, cultivate the spiritual and developmental skills that our students will need to build a bright future and to continue to differentiate ourselves as a "school of choice."

Thank you for your faithful partnership and support of St. Francis of Assisi School and for your participation in our children's future. I look forward to partnering with you to build upon our vision to provide new and enhanced facilities that will provide high value programs to meet the current and future needs of our students. Please contact me if you have any questions about the project. I can be reached at [email protected] . I look forward to updating you in the future and keeping you informed of our progress.
