Why are we passionate about wellness?
Life just goes by way too fast. For so long, we’ve been so caught up with our commitments, that we forgot about taking care of ourselves. We’ve come to realize that we can enhance our quality of life by striving to balance our mental and physical well-being. We understand that balance doesn’t happen over night but we are committed to taking the journey together.
What do we like most about our experience at Beyond?
The variety of classes that Beyond offers is just what we need for our wellness journey. Some days, “stress” is winning. Yin, Meditation, or Restorative are perfect options. Other days, physical classes such as Power, Pilates, and Hatha are more appropriate. Regardless of the class however, we have learned about the integral role of mindfulness on our well-being. Beyond instructors are key to reminding us to be mindful not just during a class, but to practice mindfulness once we have left the studio.
