Fall has arrived. We have cooler weather, an abundance of pumpkins and one of our most-awaited events of the year, the SACC Summit 2018. We are honored to have notable speakers, such as H.E. Karin Olofsdotter, Ambassador of Sweden to the United States; Hon. Rolando Palos, Texas Secretary of State; and Jo Vanhoren, President & CEO at Alfa Laval. We organized a successful crayfish party at the Dallas Design District on Sept. 8. We shared this unique yearly tradition with our SWEA-Dallas and SACC-Dallas members and friends. We had lobsters, crayfish, pies and other delicious delicacies!

Before moving to Sweden, Jared Fein only knew the country as the New York Rangers' goalkeeper Henrik Lundqvist's place of birth. But during his studies, he learned Sweden has a lot more to offer than great hockey players. Swedes made him feel at home, and he was in no rush to go back to the U.S. Thanks to SACC-USA and an internship at AIFM Group, he got the opportunity to stay and continue the Swedish dream.
