Dunhill Village Apartments in 
Forestville, MD

The Dunhill Village Apartments
are nested in a beautiful park-like setting in Forestville, MD.  The colonial-style buildings  have private covered balconies with n ice views of quiet green courtyards.

Grady Management, the property management group for Dunhill Village Apartments, reached out to Fence & Deck Connection for a solution to refresh their old and decaying steel balcony railings.

Since balcony railings in residential complexes need to be tough, sturdy, and well-engineered in order to stay attractive over the long haul, we selected low maintenance vinyl pvc railing for this project.  Vinyl balcony railings need no primer nor painting, with minimal upkeep, plus there is no fading. Vinyl is a good alternative to steel as there is no rusting, which can become a possible safety hazard for tenants as well as property management.

The best material for balcony railings is one that doesn't constantly need repairs.  We removed all existing steel balcony and site railings and replaced them with Capital Railing's Lincoln style white vinyl railing.  Grady Management chose low maintenance white vinyl railing to highlight and enhance the existing doors and colonial trim on the buildings' entrances.  This new white railing really brightens up the entire complex and compliments the property nicely.
