Sorry that this update is so long but there is a lot of exciting happenings at GHS this month so please take a look.

Hope to see you at the hypnotist show tonight beginning at 7:00 in the auditorium. Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults. All proceeds go to the Tilton Veteran's Home.

Good luck to all the people competing in the fishing derby this weekend. I hope to be the big winner! Have a great weekend.

Just a reminder that AP exams must be paid for by Friday, February 22nd. Checks can be made out to Gilford High School. The cost per exam is $94.

Scholarship opportunities are rolling into the School Counseling Office daily. Please be sure to review the descriptions on our  website  to see if your senior is eligible and encourage them to apply. Some of the latest opportunities include the Nathan J. Babcock Memorial and Amy Annis Memorial scholarships, as well as League of NH Craftsmen, NH Teachers of Mathematics, and a plethora of offerings from the American Legion NH Department. Information on these and MANY more can be found at the above link.

Back by popular demand! The Hypnotist show last year was such a success that the Business Management class has decided to bring it back. This event is sponsored by the Gilford PTA and is a great night of family fun!! The show is absolutely hysterical! Tickets will be sold at the door. $5 for students and $7 for adults.

Cupid's Cookie Company 
Steve O’Riordan’s Business Management class is learning first hand about assembly line processing as they create 200 cookie jar mixes that they will be selling for Valentines Day. All proceeds go to making flag cases for the Tilton Veteran’s Home.
