Presiding Bishop Michael Curry Christmas Message 2018

"Someone once said, in a Christmas poem, "Love came down at Christmas." That's what love is. To give, and not to count the cost. To give, not for what one can get, but for what the other can receive. That's what love is. God so loved the world, that he gave."

Becoming Angels to One Another!

Dear Trinity kindred,

We thank  all of you who attended the congregational meeting on December 9. We were heartened by the strong attendance and by the abundance of questions and comments both during and after the meeting!

We realize that many more questions and comments are out there. We also recognize that a number of our kindred could not attend because they were serving in the critical ministries of music and child/youth education. (Thanks to each of you for that!) So, to increase communication among us, we have both a transcript and recording of the meeting available, along with the 2-page handout. Read More

The Stewardship 2019 Committee is deeply grateful to the Trinity members who have already made their stewardship pledge for 2019!  We look forward to finishing the Stewardship campaign in early 2019 as we begin the new year with our new dean.

Have a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!

Upcoming Meetings and Programs

Your Christmas Offering Will Benefit Our Hunger Ministries

Your Christmas offering will be used for Trinity Cathedral's three hunger ministry programs. Every Sunday,  A Place at the Table  provides hot meals to hungry Clevelanders.  Food for Families  distributes fresh produce and staples to Marion-Sterling School students  and their  families  monthly.   Trinity's Urban Farm harvests more than 2,000 pounds of food each year. Together, these programs will provide food for more than 35,000 meals to Clevelanders in need  over the next year . Your generous gift will not just buy food, seeds and supplies, it will share your blessings with those Clevelanders who are most vulnerable.

All participants should "drop in" to Trinity Conference Room A/B at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Pageant roles, costumes and instructions will be given during this time. The worship service will begin at 5 p.m.
