At Seton Hall's Annual New Jersey Tax Controversy Forum tax professionals from government, private practice, and the Courts discuss recent changes to New Jersey controversy procedures, discuss the impact of tax cases decided in 2018, and answer tax professionals frequently asked questions about NJ compliance and tax controversies.

The seminar is free. Tax Professionals that attend the seminar or the series are encouraged to accept a pro bono tax controversy case assignment from Rutgers Law School, a Low-Income Tax Clinic, VITA, an ABA-sponsored Tax Court Pro Bono program and Taxpayers Assistance Corporation.
