New plastic bag ban bills have been proposed in the Massachusetts House and Senate.
These bills would ban single-use plastic bags and charge a fee for a recycled paper bag or a single-use bag.
Ninety cities and towns including Boston have already passed bans on plastic bags. Now is the time to ensure that all of Massachusetts is protecting our blue planet. We are urging W2O members to call
or write your state representatives and senators to support passage of these bills.
