December 21, 2018
Hello!
This time of year, I can't help but reflect on how special American Canyon is. There were many wonderful achievements, and in the end, we always came together in the true spirit of community. Even if we don’t always share the same opinion, American Canyon residents always treat each other with civility and respect. Our team is honored to work for you, and we are looking forward to another year serving this community. I wish each of you a safe and happy holiday season.

Water Rates Change in January
This month’s utility bill included a notice regarding new water rates effective in January 2019. Customers will see the new rates in the bill received in early February (we read meters each month for the previous month's usage, and then issue the bill). In case you missed the notice containing helpful frequently asked questions, you can  access the notice on our  website. There is also a handy calculator to compute what the new rates mean for your bill.
