Create Gratitude

1. Gratitude Jar - choose any jar and write down on small pieces of paper what you are grateful for.  Perhaps you can read the messages on Thanksgiving.
2. Make a gratitude tablecloth - Cover your dining table with kraft paper and each night before dinner draw something you are thankful for.
3. Make a gratitude collage - Cut pictures out of magazines or print pictures to create a collage of things you are grateful for.
4. Create a gratitude tree -  You can pick up medium size sticks from outside and put them in a vase.  Create ornaments out of paper.  Write what you are thankful for on the ornaments and hang on the tree.
5. Have family member appreciation night - choose a family member to sit in a chair at the head of the table or in the middle of the room and share why you appreciate him or her.
6. Gratitude Scavenger Hunt. CLICK HERE
