Individual Metallic Plans Moving to Ambetter 
As of January 1, 2020, all QualChoice individual metallic plans will be handled by Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness. This includes Arkansas Works and Healthcare.gov plans, as well as off-exchange IQChoice ACA-compatible plans.

Your QualChoice individual metallic business will transition from our broker system to the Ambetter system. No QualChoice commercial group or MediQ65 plans are impacted by this change. Ambetter Agency Services is contacting affected QualChoice brokers with transition details.
Holiday Closure
Our offices will be closed on Christmas day, Wednesday, December 25. We wish you and yours a peaceful holiday! We will also be closed on New Year's Day.

The Loss of Randy Carroll
As we told you last week, Regional Sales Manager Randy Carroll has passed away following a short illness. We do not yet have a replacement for him; any new RSM will have big shoes to fill!
