Putting your best foot forward: effective evidence for court applications

Lawyers are often asked by clients to make applications before the courts for the purpose of obtaining an order. The strength of the application lies in the evidence that supports it. The court takes that information and decides if it makes sense in that case to give the order that is being asked of it.
