Spring 2019 Newsletter -  Issue #57
2019 is off to a fast start!

Recently, I have been exploring some new tools such as Joovv and Vasper.

The photo to the right is of me using a Vasper bike.  I've done about four sessions to date and plan to continue exploring this technology as it provides an excellent workout without the traditional crash and soreness afterwards.

I'm continuing to have lots of fun doing the podcast as well and hope you are finding the information of value.

Thanks for your ongoing interest and support!

You Light Up My Life....
I'm very excited to have incorporated daily light therapy into my routine.

20 minutes a day with the Joovv is something I've done almost daily for the past two months.

I will say it may be best to start slowly as it can be quite powerful in my experience and that of others I have spoken with.

I love incorporating tools with light, sound, and frequency in support of health, and I have been very pleased with the Joovv product to date.
