Superintendent Leadership Profile
Last week, the search firm Ray & Associates collected feedback from more than 1,000 community members through the Leadership Priority Survey and Community Input Sessions and focus groups. The 849 survey responses and the participation of 245 community members helped develop the final Superintendent Leadership Profile. Ray & Associates will use this profile as a recruiting tool in the search our next Superintendent.
