Every year in March, for the past several years, San Antonio Youth Literacy has participated in The Big Give. This year will be no exception. On March 28, the Non-Profit Council will once again be sponsoring The Big Give. For those of you not familiar with The Big Give, it is held annually for one day only to give individuals in San Antonio and across south Texas an opportunity to go on line and donate to one or more of over 500 nonprofit organizations.Read more >>>

Come try your luck with San Antonio Youth Literacy's twist on an old school classic! The spelling bee from your youth without the anxiety! Faceoff against other hives by working with your team (up to 4 players) to compete for the title of Sip & Spell Champion!
Come mix and mingle with fellow Reading Buddy volunteers and SAYL staff. Activity stations will be set up for you to learn more about the different games and activities you can use with your students. Plus, have a chance to learn from fellow Reading Buddies what tools and tips they use.

Book Buddies News
OUR VOLUNTEERS: Book Buddies volunteers have swung into high gear to get those books ready for our Book Celebrations in the schools next May. Our most loyal group again this year has been the Reagan High School chapter of the National Honor Society.
