Annual Conference: Last Call!
The aviation maintenance education community is making final preparations to convene in Wichita, March 17-20. More than 200 instructors, administrators, career services personnel, designated mechanic examiners, company recruiters and workforce development professionals will attend the only event dedicated to aviation maintenance technician education.

If you have not registered yet, there is still time. The deadline to ensure inclusion in printed materials is this Wednesday, March 6. Opportunities are still available to attend, exhibit , and recruit.

English Training Survey
A recent webinar addressed English training for aviation maintenance . A conference breakout will facilitate a follow-on conversation. All AMTS representatives are asked to take part by completing a short survey. Take the survey.
Recruiter Survey
This survey will support recruitment and human resources-related sessions and breakouts at the annual conference. All industry human resources and workforce personnel are asked to respond. Take the survey.
Student Resume Repository
​Students are encouraged to submit their resume in advance of the upcoming ATEC Career Fair (attendance is not required to submit a resume). Resumes will be distributed to participating employers in advance of the Career Fair.  Submit a resume.
DME Course Registration
​The Federal Aviation Administration will provide the designee required recurrent training course the day following the conference at WSU Tech. Separate registration is required.  Register now.

Coalition Urges Full Grant Program Funding
​In a letter to Department of Transportation and Office of Management and Budget leadership, an industry coalition asked the administration to request full funding of the new grant programs signed into law last year.   Read more .
Coalition Seeks FAA Funding During Shutdown
A coalition of 40 stakeholders representing all segments of the aviation and travel industries sent a letter to congressional leaders in support of the Aviation Funding Stability Act of 2019 (H.R. 1108).  Read more .
