December 21, 2018

Dear Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that Thomas Mayah passed away on Sunday, December 16. Thomas graduated from Parkdale High School Class of 2001 and grew up on Good Luck Road in District 3. Thomas worked in the District 3 office for nearly 12 years and he will be remembered for his deep compassion and courage.

As many know, Thomas was diagnosed with a serious heart condition soon after he started working for the County. Through all the challenges he faced, he kept a positive attitude and continued to press forward. This past spring he celebrated his 35th birthday.

Please see below for ways to celebrate, honor, and remember Thomas's life.
