Register today for Spring Semester and Summer Session classes. A 14-week Spring Semester starts January 21 and a 12-week session starts February 3. The first Summer Session starts May 18.

College students considering transferring to RVCC for the Spring Semester, recent high school graduates who are ready to start college, and adults who are thinking about returning to the classroom to prepare for a new career are invited to attend an Instant Decision Day on December 12, January 7, or January 14. RVCC's Instant Decision Days give you the opportunity to take steps toward enrolling for the Spring Semester all at one time. The program will be held in RVCC's Event Center. Prospective students may attend anytime from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Accelerated Winter Session
Earn college credits at RVCC this winter during our Accelerated Winter Session, December 18-January 17. Classroom-based and online courses are being offered in such areas as studio art, biology, communication/speech, computer literacy, mathematics, sociology, physics and more.

Local high school seniors interested in learning more about RVCC's Honors College are invited to attend an Information Session, December 19, 6-8 p.m., in the Event Center (Room B).
The evening will include information about admission to the Honors College and transfer opportunities after graduating from RVCC. Students in the top 20 percent of their high school class who possess a GPA of 3.5 or higher, or have a cumulative SAT score of 1100 or higher, are encouraged to attend.

Women's Volleyball 10th in US
The Women's Volleyball team is now ranked 10th in the country! The team had a stellar season, making its first trip ever to the NJCAA Division III Volleyball National Championship.
The RVCC athletes earned their recent trip to Nationals after winning the Region XIX North Atlantic B District Championship.

NJ League for Nursing Award
Carol Patterson, RVCC Professor of Nursing, has been named the 2019 recipient of the New Jersey League for Nursing (NJLN) Nurse Recognition Award for her continued commitment and contributions to the nursing profession.

New Transfer Agreement with Centenary
Centenary University and RVCC have finalized agreements that broaden opportunities for RVCC students to earn a bachelor's degree from Centenary after completing their associate degree.

Late Student Honored for Work with Food Pantry
A recent event at the RVCC Resource Center celebrated the life of Jennifer Biniek, an RVCC Social Work student and coordinator at the College's Food Pantry, who passed away last May.

For the fifth year in a row, RVCC has been lauded for its campus sustainability efforts by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education, earning a Silver rating from the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System.
