General Assembly

The General Assembly of Members will take place from 09.00 to 10.00. Your organisation can be validly represented by any of its employee (with voting right only for full members, and associated members accepted as observers).

 

Each Full Member shall have one vote, but is allowed to send a maximum of three (3) participants to the General Assembly.

If no representative from your company is able to attend the meeting, you may give a proxy to either the Secretary General , the Chairman o r another member company to represent you at the meeting.  The proxy form will be distributed together with the meeting presentation.

Speed Presentations - Present your organisation!

During this session, each member organisation will have to present its activities in minimum one topic (fuels, chemicals and construction materials).

Presentations will have to follow a template and will be strictly limited to 3 minutes to ensure sufficient presentation time for all members.

The presentations will be delivered in 3 parallel sessions (fuels, chemicals and construction materials) and will be followed by ample networking time where you can connect with other members whose presentation attracted your attention.

If your organisation is interested by several of these 3 topics (fuels, chemicals and construction materials), you need to ensure that you come to the event with several colleagues since the respective sessions (presentations and discussions) will all take place at the same time in 3 different rooms.

Networking Dinner

CO2 Value Europe members are invited to join the networking dinner taking place at 20:00 in the Beer Craft Corner restaurant ( Martinstraße 32, 50667 Köln) . Please confirm your attendance and any dietary requirements you may have by 8 March (by registering online, see below registration link).
