Work is underway with Alliance Residential Company building a 260-unit apartment project, Broadstone Queen City. The project was designed by Cline Design, a Charlotte, NC based architect.
ALPHA is installing
below grade sheet waterproofing and
above grade traffic coating,
hot applied waterproofing,
joint sealants and select interior
firestopping scopes. Broadstone Queen City will include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments along with amenities such as a lounge on the top floor, a pool with a sundeck, a fitness facility, a pet spa, 24-hour package and dry-cleaning pickup, electric car-charging stations and bike storage. The project is expected to open in the spring of 2020.

Alpha Has Sights on Scottsdale
|
|
Steel is going up on the new Nationwide Regional Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
ALPHA will be working with Layton Construction on this new 460,000 SF office building and six-story parking structure that will anchor a development called Cavasson on Loop 101. Future plans for the development include two hotel sites, multi-family apartments along with retail and restaurants.
ALPHA will be installing all of the
spray applied fireproofing,
below-grade waterproofing,
fluid-applied air barriers,
rigid and batt insulation and building and site
sealants on this project.

Entertainment, Good Food and America's Pastime

ALPHA is completing Black K13
spray insulation at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, TN. Contracting this scope with JE Dunn Construction, Brooklyn Bowl will occupy 40,000 SF and offer amenities such as bowling, restaurants, bars and a 1,000 person capacity live music Venue being constructed by First Tennessee Park, the home of the Nashville Sounds AAA Baseball team.

Alpha Flying High in Fort Worth
|
|
American Airlines' new campus in Fort Worth, TX will include a $250 million hospitality center complete with a 600-room hotel and a conference and training center to accommodate its growing workforce. The 620,000-square-foot building will include office, retail and hotel space as well as dining areas, a tavern and a 131,000-square-foot conference and training center for employees.
ALPHA will be installing a complete turn key
firestopping package on this project for The Beck Group. This includes all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecom penetrations, fire resistive joints at gypsum and CMU partitions along with perimeter fire containment at the glass curtain wall on this large project.

Congratulations to the Milwaukee team for receiving THREE Project of Distinction Awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin! The awards are an opportunity to highlight some of the most challenging and exceptionally executed construction projects in the state. These projects stand out for their complexity, high-quality finish and the distinction of being built on merit. Alpha's recognition was for work on Milwaukee's City Hall 3rd Floor Renovation, along with the Froedtert Hospital Vertical Expansion (pictured above) - both receiving Gold and the Children's Hospital T - ratings was awarded Silver.
