As we all prepare to enjoy this
Thanksgiving holiday - traveling to far-flung corners of the country or hosting friends and family in our homes - I want to say how thankful I am for all of you, our
RDGA Club Delegates, for the enthusiasm and experience you bring to the RDGA, as well as the work you've done to help support our programs, events and tournaments throughout 2018!
Now, as we look ahead to 2019,
I need to see a "show of hands" - can we count on you to return for another year to serve as your club's RDGA Delegate?

Now, on to our monthly "to-do" list:
1)
USGA TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT SEMINAR SIGN UPS ARE OPEN! As I mentioned last month, the RDGA is hosting a series of
USGA TM training seminars this off-season for Member Clubs. The first of these is set for
Friday and Saturday, December 14 and 15 - including "
introductory" seminars on Friday (either 9 am to Noon, or 1 to 4 pm, your choice), and an "
advanced" seminar on Saturday (from 10 am to 1 pm). We encourage you to get the word out to your club's tournament chair, head professional or any official who manages your club's tournament scoring and competitions.
Registration is FREE OF CHARGE to officials from RDGA Member Clubs - simply email info@RDGA.org with the name of your club's attendee and their choice of seminar. Any questions, please call the RDGA office at
