Contortion Based Flexibility
Every Wednesdays 9:45am & 7pm

Sofie Dossi started contortion and aerials at our school
A GREAT STRETCHING EXERCISE REGIMEN based on contortion floor and barre exercises coupled with coaching sums up for an effective work-out. The session will extensively cover exercises that focuses on shoulders, back, joint flexors, muscle extensions, ligaments and body alignment. 
 
You will feel free and loose by the end of the class.  The instructor will adjust the exercises based on your range of movement, physical condition, limitations, and your goals.
