Pumpkins in the Park  is a non-scary Halloween celebration! Children will enjoy a Trick-or-Treat Trail, face painting, jump houses, fun photos, ghoulish games, refreshments, plus they get to choose their very own pumpkin from the Pick-A-Pumpkin Patch.

The Public Policy Committee of the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce will host a Candidate Forum for the following races
  • Shakopee School Board  5:30 - 6:15
  • Shakopee City Council  6:20 - 7:00
  • Shakopee Mayor  7:05 - 7:40
  • Scott County Sheriff  7:45 - 8:05
  • Scott County Commissioner  8:10 - 8:30
  • Minnesota State Representative District 55A  8:35 - 9:00
Kids Voting Reception starts at 5:00. No campaign t-shirts, buttons or any signage will be allowed inside the debate hall.  Political yard signs or supporter organized rallies will NOT be allowed inside or outside the debate hall.

The Public Policy Committee of the Shakopee Chamber & Visitors Bureau is soliciting questions from the public for the Candidate Forums. Please email your questions to [email protected].
