The Arkansas Dream Center Christmas Mall is accepting applications for consideration as a guest family. Families in need of assistance may apply. The application does not guarantee an invitation.
The submission deadline for applications is Sat., Dec. 1.

If your student goes by something other than their given first name, they can fill out this form at tinyurl.com/nameinyb and the correct name will be in the yearbook. This needs to be done by Fri., Nov. 30.

Congratulations to Presley Blaich for winning the school spelling bee! She will represent Woodland at the Washington County spelling bee in January.

Congrats to the Eiffel Tower Building Contest Winners! First place is Natalie Sibrian and Hazel Over. Second place is Feyden Walker and Gray Sparkman. Third place is the one made from wooden skewers that had no name on it.

The Woodland Band would like to invite you to their Winter Concert next Tues., Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. at the FHS Performing Arts Center. Come on out for some great music and show support for Woodland Band.

Have you ordered a copy of the national award-winning Woodland yearbook? Also, if you are interested in purchasing an ad in the yearbook, do it sooner than later because they tend to sell out fast, and there is limited space! You can order the yearbook and ad at yearbookforever.com.

Below is the Semester Finals Testing Schedule. Testing will be Dec. 17, 18, and 19. If you are checking out your student after their 7th period final on Dec. 19, you will need to get the permission slip at the bottom of the schedule signed and returned to their 7th period teacher.

School Dance Nov. 30

Save the date and make plans to attend the Tropical Para-Dance school dance Fri., Nov. 30. Please remember that school dress code applies.

The dance will be held in the Woodland cafeteria from 7-9 p.m., and the cost to attend is $5.

Free Tutoring Available

Woodland will be offering free tutoring Mondays and Thursdays before school from 7:30-8:15 and after school from 3:45-4:30.
