The City of Laguna Beach Community Services Department provides creative programs and diverse services to promote an active lifestyle, enhance the quality of life, and build a sense of community for residents and visitors of all ages.

Most classes start the week of January 7, and run through the end of March. There are plenty of fun new activities starting next quarter, and classes often fill up quickly so be sure to register early to reserve your space!
Hospitality Night
This year’s Hospitality Night event is scheduled for Friday, December 7, from approximately 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The festivities will take place at the Peppertree Lot (Lot 2), where Santa Claus will arrive to greet holiday revelers before the tree lighting at 6:00 p.m. After the tree is lit, the Community Services Department will host arts and crafts activities, cookie decorating, and a station to write holiday letters to overseas troops. Lower Forest Avenue will be filled with entertainment and merchant open houses.

After you take the Greeter Pledge, visit the Community and Susi Q Center at 380 Third Street to pick up your FREE #BeAGreeter sticker between June 25 - December 31, 2018. Put it on your car, water bottle, laptop or surfboard and spread the word about the #BeAGreeter mission.
