Step Up Manual Updated to Reflect Recent Program Changes
As noted in our email earlier today, several significant changes have been made to our Step Up program.

This includes updates to the Step Up manual, including:

  • Reducing the number of credit scores from 2 to 1 (pg. 6)
  • Removing tax transcript requirements
  • Added ability to send commitment funds via wire (pg. 8)
  • Eliminating late delivery fee
  • Removing stipulation that non-occupying co-borrower cannot hold title (pg. 11)
  • Removing requirement that occupying borrower qualify for 40% of the PITI
  • Updates penalties withheld from funding (pg. 13)
