Children's Camps in July at CBC
VBS—June 9-13, 9:00 a.m.-noon Children will discover that Jesus rescues them when life gets stormy. We'll begin or deepen their faith by discovering that Jesus cares about them personally and rescues them in life's toughest circumstances. Grades kindergarten through fifth are welcome (there will be no outside preschoolers this year as our own preschool is nearly full). You can register by clicking here. We are currently recruiting volunteers to help with everything from set-up, to music, skits, moving with small groups of children, games, crafts, our cinema, and registration. Please contact Jeanine if you can help for just an hour or the whole week. Help kids discover that Jesus rescues!

Tutoring Ministry Starting
We are pleased to be partnering with our own Maranatha church this summer to offer a Reading Camp, August 6-8, from 9:00 a.m.-noon each day for children going into grades 3-5. This camp will focus on getting children back into reading just before school starts. We could use your help to read and play games with children, serve snacks, and connect with small groups of children and their families. Our plan is to continue to offer this service in the form of after-school tutoring in the fall for all grades one afternoon per week, followed by a family meal. If you are interested, please see Jeanine .
