December Luncheon - Tuesday, December 4th - noon. Enjoy lunch with the gals of Kennebunk Center for Health and Rehabilitation. After lunch stay for a game about staying healthy through the holidays and this winter. $8 per person. Please call the Center to sign up by Monday.

The Directory, which will be available in early 2019, will contain names, contact information, and interests of Center members who sign-up with Natalie. Movie Day - Friday, December 7th - 1pm.
"It's a Wonderful Life" will be shown in the Center Living Room. Join us for this classic and popcorn.
Keeping the Keys with AAA - Tuesday, Dec. 11th - 1 pm. Learn tips to keep you safe this winter on the roads. Last time this program was popular - don't miss it. We need 5 students to run it.

Elder Elves - Bag packing day is Friday, Dec. 14th - 1 pm.
Our elves will pack the wonderful gift bags. If you want to request a bag please see Natalie or Carol. If you'd like to help we are in need of $35 Hannaford Gift Cards and books of stamps. We also have a wrapping station in the Center if you would like to help with that. Thank you to all who make this outreach effort a success every year!
Center Christmas Party - Tuesday, Dec. 18th 2-4 pm.
Many thanks to Barbara Marran for organizing this lovely event. Christmas music provided by Women of Note, a quartet of talented singers. Please bring a goody to share.

Grief Support -Thursdays - 11 am.
We all have or will lose someone we love. As we age, loss becomes a more common experience and the grief that comes with it becomes a part of us. Self-care at this time includes having the support of others experiencing grief. Carol MacLeod, a retired advanced practiced nurse in psychiatry, has background in this area and leads the group.
The Grief Support Space is sponsored by the Bibber Family and Bibber Memorial Chapel. The Center is grateful for their support and Carol's leadership of this program that helps so many in need.
"Coping with the Holidays" is a program provided by Pastor Charlotte Bell of First Congregational Church in Kennebunkport on Wednesday, Dec. 5th from 10 to 11:30 am in Ober Hall. This is a FREE and informal presentation on caring for your needs and those of the person with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Light Refreshments.
