Short Week...But Hopefully Winter is Slowly Winding Down...

As we head into February Break, we have an awful lot to be proud of. So much work accomplished, lessons taught/lessons mastered, friendships formed, challenges met, strength shared. So much good stuff! Looking forward to a relaxing week, some will travel, others will recharge in staycation mode. Either way, we can't wait to see everyone back at school on March 4th!

Soon after our return we will prepare for our annual and beloved Grandparents & Special Friends Day on Tuesday, March 12th. Our Spring Book Fair will also run that week. Please see below for more details!

And a bit later in March, we will have our Spring Conference Day. Please note, on March 4th your child's teacher will send out an invitation for you to sign up via Signup Genius for a time slot on  March 14th.

This has been a short week between the holiday and the weather, so this newsletter will also be somewhat brief. But p lease take a few moments to review this issue carefully - make sure you have all the important dates in your calendar, and please consider how you can help support our community and our programming once we are back from Break. Thank you!!

Thank you to the smallest Jerrell for her assistance at our Lottery Information Tour earlier this week! And thanks too, to her mom Lauren and to Amanda G. You guys were all GREAT ambassadors!

  February Break Next Week!

  Recycled Percussion

Recycled Percussion is running a social media campaign as part of their school tour.   Each year they select a handful of schools around the country to share their 'Chaos and Kindness' program. It is an inspiring, high energy and fun program featuring this well-known rock band and tv show personalities.

MFCS mom, Andrea Sarvai, recently nominated Mill Falls, and she is hoping that others will cast their vote.

Won't you take a moment to help build momentum for a possible Recycled Percussion visit here?
