Banquet Rentals
Banquet rentals are a part of the Victoria Gardens Clubhouse operating income. The generated income benefits the residents by helping to offset some of the homeowners association fees. The Clubhouse team tries to accommodate resident programs and activities as scheduled. However, there may be some adjustments to the location of the activity/fitness class etc. As those changes occur, we will keep you posted via the weekly newsletter so you can prepare properly.

The Grapevine
Hi, this is C.J. Hamlin with some exciting news.
Introducing the Victoria Gardens podcast, "The Grapevine," a whole new way to communicate.
The podcast is similar to a radio show. It's like having an audio version of the newsletter.
You can listen to the podcast on your computer, iPad, or smart phone. You could also bring your headphones to the clubhouse and listen to the podcast at the computers in the library.
We will be featuring many of our amazing residents here, interviews with doctors, historians, and much much more. If you would like to be a guest on a future show, please contact me at CHamlin@Evergreen-LM.com
We will also be answering questions submitted by residents on the show. You can send your questions to: AskCJaQuestion@gmail.com
Special thanks to Mr. Jesse Bynon for being our first guest.
Regards,
Charles J. Hamlin "C.J."

Bocce Ball
All Are Welcome!
An addendum to last weeks Bocce Ball Article.
Additional thought on team building for Bocce Ball. Victoria Gardens has many neighborhoods that are very active. How about forming a teams of your friends and neighbors and set up a court time convenient for your team.
Rooting back to Italy, Bocce Ball has been played all over the world, becoming a tournament sport in America in 1896. This game is simple and can be played by people of all ages and athletic abilities!
The Bocce Ball Group is looking for more participation. Our Monday morning court time is very active and we would like to add more game times depending on what works best for the residents of Victoria Gardens. Bocce Ball is looking to add another morning, afternoon and evening time to play that best fits the schedule of those interested in playing.
As the clubs and groups of Victoria Gardens expand, we are hoping to gain more players who'd like to build a team for some fun competition! Although some people have a real competitive spirit, Bocce is a fun sport that gets even better as you progress and learn.
All are welcome to join! If you do not know how to play don't worry. We are here to help and share the rules with you.
If you are interetsed and have more questions please contact Greg.

Calling all Pocket Billiards Players!
The Clubhouse is establishing an organized Billiards (“Pool Table”) Club and would like to invite all interested residents to a meeting of the minds. At the first meeting, we will discuss ideas, rules and tournament styles.
What to expect from the Pocket Billiards Club: weekly “challenges”, monthly tournaments, earn stars and rank up, earn special insignia for certain achievements, beer tasting, monthly “spin and win” chances and plenty of great company.
