Sojourn Worship began Saturday in the Parish Hall! Members of the parish arrived on Saturday for the first of our four new weekend worship times.The 5 p.m. service proved to be comfortable, fun, sacred and well-attended. And with the new heating/air conditioning system, it was quite toasty on the cool evening.

While the Sunday service at 9 a.m. saw a few more attendees than seats, all the services on Saturday and Sunday were well-balanced in attendance!

As promised, here are the attendance numbers for the inaugural weekend of services:

Saturday, Feb 9 - 5 p.m.: 50 attendees

Sunday, Feb. 10 - 7:45 a.m.: 54  attendees

Sunday, Feb. 10 - 9 a.m.: 98  attendees

Sunday, Feb. 10 - 11:15 a.m.: 74 attendees

Over the past week, work included the following:

• Stained glass window removal was completed by Judson Studios; each glass panel was removed, crated and taken to their Los Angeles studio for checking and storage
• Judson's licensed remediation team removed several windows that had lead-containing paint; work was completed on Saturday when no School or worship was in session
• Pews were taken apart and readied for removal and storage
• Our moving company began to load the pews into moving trucks to take into storage for the duration of construction
